It manages the relationship between government and the people in relation to their lands and properties by providing a comprehensive framework and automation tools for Land & Landed Property Administration, Applications for Consents & Title Registrations, Electronic Payment Integration (Local & International), Automated Billing Services, Single Entry Point into a regulated Enugu State Property Market, Extended Property Security, Escrow Service Secured Payment (ESSP), Reports & Analytics.
The Property Information Management System is comprised of two major subsystems namely the State Geographic Information System (GIS) and the PIMS Portal. While the GIS subsystem is used for the acquisition of geographic data, computation, analysis and transformation of acquired data into geospatial illustrations and intelligence. PIMS Service Portal creates tools and interfaces for the management of land and landed properties related information and interactions between administrators and the public.
